" Where is Digital Marketing headed? What you must know! "

The webinar on – Where is Digital Marketing headed? What you must know!  – was organized by MRCDOE on 02 September 2023, for all BBA, MBA, MCA, BCA, BCOM and MCOM students. A total of 55 students joined this program in online mode. The lecture was delivered successfully by Ms Rachna Ganatra , a Digital Transformation Consultant  from 12:00 to 1:45 pm, one and half hours in online mode.

Ms Rachna has over two decades of experience in Marketing, Analytics, Research and Business Development in multiple verticals, i.e. Technology. Healthcare, FMCG and Ecommerce. Ms Rachna has founded – Remarkable R Enterprise in 2023.. She was Head of Strategy & Business Development, at Social Beat as Engagement Manager, LatentView Analytics,( along side Influencer.in Pvt Ltd& D2Scale ), a well-known digital marketing agency with offices in Chennai, Bangalore & Mumbai. She was also a part of the founding  committee of the organization.

 Besides this Rachna is a facilitator for the #IAMRemarkabale Programme by Google, an initiative empowering women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about following are the awards won by her in the workplace and beyond.

  • Winner of the title of SHE – Strong, Honoured, and Empowered 2022, by Agency Reporter
  • Winner of “Iconic Women Creating A Better World for All” 2020. Women Economic Forum
  • Winner of the Tamilnadu Brand Woman Leadership Award 2019
  • Recognised as the Top 50 Super Media Superwomen in 2018 & 2021 by Social Samosa.
  • Women Super Achiever Award by the HRD congress in Feb 2017, held in Mumbai

Rachna began her career as a research investigator with Madras Institute of Development Studies and contributed to projects in the domain of indigenous technology and Trade Facilitation with WTO as the focus. Her research contributions include the following publications

Very pertinent questions were raised by students of all disciplines, regarding job opportunities across Digital marketing domains so on and so forth. With the promise of a great career ahead Dr Soma proposed a hearty vote of thanks and  ended the discussion, with the promise of much more to come as a second session in Digital Marketing for online students.
