In addition, at MRCDOE, we give our students the holistic experience of Global Virtual Teams, GVT through an extensive Experiential Learning Project spanning 8 weeks of the course. At the end of the course, they are provided with participation certificates at global level and opportunity of internships with established companies overseas. Students from over 45 countries participate in this Global Virtual Project with 112 Professors monitoring their weekly progress from reputed universities across the globe. The project has been awarded top notch position for nurturing employability skills amongst MBA students and reimagining education. The Best teams in this project are especially invited to USA for participating in Global Symposium held annually to facilitate progress during the Project which is funded by SHRM and monitored by UNCG, University of North Carolina Greensboro. 

The electives offered at MRCDOE in this area are –Export Import Procedures and Documentation, International Financial Management, Managing Multinational Enterprises.  Manav Rachna, offers a blended learning environment is adapted along with comprehensive guidance and supervised training with subject-matter professionals. The International Business  specialization is covered over a period of 2 semesters with 2 subjects in each semester. There are practical case studies and hands-on experience with live projects which enhance the students interface at MRCDOE.
