Access to O.P Bhalla Library: Manav Rachna Centre for Distance and Online Education (MRCDOE) places a strong emphasis on supporting students’ academic and research pursuits through the comprehensive services offered by the O.P Bhalla Library. This esteemed library serves as a cornerstone of knowledge, housing an extensive collection of books, journals, and digital resources essential for academic excellence. The library’s range of services, including Circulation Services, Reference & Research Services, Digital Library access, Current Awareness Service, and User Orientation Programs, further enhance the learning experience. Additionally, with facilities such as Wi-Fi, internet access, and photocopying, scanning, and printing services, students have the necessary tools to support their academic endeavours effectively. Sports and Athletics: Manav Rachna Centre for Distance and Online Education (MRCDOE) integrates sports into its educational philosophy, recognizing the pivotal role of physical activity in holistic development. The foundation for this lies in its world-class sports infrastructure, which includes outdoor and indoor facilities for a diverse range of games such as basketball, volleyball, cricket, shooting, table tennis, squash, billiards, soccer, chess, and carom. Notably, the institution boasts a 25m Shooting Range and a state-of-the-art Indoor Shooting Range equipped with SIUS Ascor electronics targets of Olympic standards. Partnering with leading brands like Yonex and Stag, Manav Rachna offers top-notch facilities, including synthetic courts for badminton and table tennis, setting a benchmark for sports infrastructure in Haryana. Moreover, complementing these facilities is a Sports Fitness Centre addressing psychological, physiotherapy, and other health-related needs, along with specialized academies for soccer and swimming. 3. Career Counselling: The Career Skills wing of MRIIRS has curated a robust learning ecosystem that strives to boost the cognitive and non-cognitive acumen of students and make them placement-ready. The interventions of Verbal Ability Training, Aptitude Training, Soft Skills Training, and Technical Training (VAST) nurture and augment the competencies of the students. The Career Management Team through its Career Advancement Wing offers career counselling, psychological counselling assistance for test prep, guidance for profile building, and mentorship for higher education opportunities globally for all the students. The facility supports student to get better clarity on their career choices and opportunities to enhance their profile through right guidance.

4. Leadership Development by Career Development Centre: The Career Development Centre (CDC) is the training arm of Manav Rachna University, dedicated to nurturing the holistic development of students into global citizens equipped for the future. These interventions are seamlessly integrated into the semester curriculum across all faculties, incorporating modern pedagogy and industry-specific requirements. Additionally, CDC tracks students’ career journeys from the early stages through the Advancement Program, tailoring training interventions to their interests and career goals, whether in placements, international education, or competitive exams. Expert career counsellors provide personalized guidance to students, ensuring they navigate their career paths with confidence and clarity. Through workshops, seminars, and mentoring sessions, the Leadership Development initiative by CDC equips students with essential skills for professional growth, preparing them to excel in their chosen fields.

5. Healthcare Facilities: A wide range of health and welfare services are available at MRIIRS, CDOE campus. The University has a well-equipped dispensary for first aid and minor medical services, with a qualified Doctor and nursing staff to take care of the medical emergencies. The University also has two well equipped ambulances to cater to any exigencies thus ensuring highest medical safety. Besides having the First-Aid room in the campus and a separate sick bay for boys and girls, there is a state-of-the-art, Dental and Physiotherapy OPD. Medical Consultant also is available during the specified hours on all working days.

6. Placements, Internship Assistance and Industry interactions: Internships & placements play a very critical role in a student’s career path. MRCDOE extends valuable opportunities to its online students by bridging the gap between academia and industry. We have dedicated CDC department which takes care of the internships and placement assistance to all the online students through physical visits as well as SUPERSET enrolment. MRCDOE also provides top notch level industry interactions to the students, where their necessary skills and expertise could be exposed to the real-world scenarios. Students are given privilege to explore their domain specific opportunities.

7. Connect with the Faculty for Doubts and Queries: MRCDOE encourages open communication between students and faculty members to facilitate academic support and guidance. Students can easily reach out to their faculties for clarification of doubts and queries, ensuring a smooth learning experience. All the program coordinators, faculties of the departments are always available for student consultation and make sincere attempt to solve their difficulties (academic and personal counselling). Online program has various challenges but it is the personal connect that builds the trust between the student and the Program coordinators who act like a mentor in their journey of learning.

8. Labs: Students are provided with virtual labs access in addition to the physical labs by visiting the University campus. The labs at the campus are equipped with the latest and high configuration hardware and software. Various labs as per their specific specialization includes Computers labs as well as language labs which are open for the students of online programs. The access to labs provides the students with more practical and hands-on learning experience.
