About This Course

In order to describe the conceptual framework of Companies Act 2013 and to implement the knowledge of the important provisions of the Act the course would be very helpful for Commerce graduates. The course also help in identifying legal issues and provide potential solutions to legal problems related to companies within the business environment. After studying the course the student would be able analyze the legal constraints for corporate in prevailing business environment.
